This awesome big view 40 acre parcel is located just west of Aguilar. You can see the whole Sangre de Cristo range in this area plus the Spanish Peaks feel like they are just in your face. Such a panoramic view from the Mountain to the River meadows to the Plains back to the east.

This would make a great homesite or getaway. Its about an hour and a half closer to Denver than Weston and Wet Canyon so its only about a 2.5 to 3 hour drive depending on where you are in Denver.

This parcel is only about 2 miles from our home/office and I can sure tell you that we love this convenience location in the county!
