This is one of our favorite properties on Cielo Grande Ranch. It has so much to offer. At the lower level close to the County road there is a spring that has had water flowing everytime we have seen it. They call it Wet Canyon for a reason. Seasonally the water flows more when you get snow melt or rain. But this lower level provides an excellent place for Horses or Alpacas and the property is fenced on one side, the north side.

There is an upper meadow just above this lower meadow that has a large gentle mostly flat area that is partly open and partly treed that would be a wonderful home site. From here you can see the Spanish Peaks to the north. And the Wet Canyon Valley views are beautiful too.
